Vols Have New Uniforms; Long-Term Schedule Available

If you missed the post late yesterday afternoon, the Third Saturday in Blogtober captured the Vols’ newly designed football uniforms. It appears the Volunteer’s apparel will have more of a retro look to it, although these uniforms have yet to be approved by the university.
I particularly liked the orange on orange Tennessee wore in the SEC championship game against LSU and I’d like to see them break out that combination again during this season. You’ll note the proposed road uniforms have Tennessee in white jerseys and orange pants, which the Vols’ haven’t worn since the days of Johnny Majors.
Now all the Vols’ need to do to really shake things up is break out a new helmet, one that will complete the orange on orange ensemble. The guy at the helmet project proposed this revision for the Vols’.
I like it!

Not only can you take a look at the current schedule, but you can peruse through future schedules as well. Here’s a look at Tennessee’s schedules over the next 10 years – be advised that the schedules well into the future aren’t complete yet.
If you’re planning on traveling to any of these games and need Tennessee Vols Tickets, I’d suggest you check out the good folks at VividSeats.com. You don’t really want to be stuck somewhere, like Gainesville or the Tuscaloosa ghetto without a ticket, do you? Imagine the horror of having to barter with someone wearing houndstooth – that visual is enough for me to lunge for the Rolaids.

Like I said, we can’t guarantee they’ll wear these, but from all sources and by all accounts, these are real specs.

I still wouldn’t ‘hate’ it, if they wore the black jersey, white pants.
How about a checkerboard down the side of the pants? lol

Regardless of what uniforms they wear, they’ll never be as ugly as Oregon’s. How many different combination’s of ugly do the Ducks have? 5 or 6?

I never was a fan of the orange on orange combo. But that is my personal thing. True, anything is better than Oregon…
Oh Moondog, I actually have one of those University of Orange Mound T-shirts…hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!
