Fulmer Claims He Wasn’t Served a Subpeona

Tennessee Volunteers head coach Phil Fulmer, attending the SEC Media Days in Birmingham, told a group of reporters he did not receive a subpoena to give a deposition in the case involving a libel suit filed by former Alabama booster Robert Wendell Smith.
The law firm representing Smith, Blankenship, Harold & Wallace claims Fulmer was in fact served with a subpoena earlier today.
