Ricardo Montalban Dead At 88

Ricardo Montalban
Actor Ricardo Montalban, famous for his role as Mr. Roarke in the 70s TV series Fantasy Island and as Captain James T. Kirk’s nemesis in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, passed away yesterday in Los Angeles.
Montalban gained fame in the 1950s and 60s appearing in several films and musicals. In the 70s Montalban helped restore the flailing Chrysler Corporation by appearing in TV commercials touting the Chrysler Cordoba and its “rich Corinthian leather.”
Most recently Montalban did voice work for several animated shows including Dora the Explorer, Kim Possible and Family Guy.
Montalban is survived by his four children.
