Happy Birthday Eva Padberg!

The ultra-sexy Eva Padberg is having a birthday today and turning 29 never looked so good. Eva is quite possibly the best thing Germany has ever produced.

Born in the town of Rottleben, Eva experienced a quiet childhood. In 1995 she applied to participate in a magazine modeling competition and made it all the way to the final round, grabbing the attention of a modeling agent from Munich.

Padberg signed her first contract with Louisa Models shortly after the competition and has risen to become one of Germany’s most alluring personalities.

Padberg has modeled for well-known fashion designers Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Carolina Herrera. She’s been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Face, Madame, and Elle magazines.

She posed for Playboy but didn’t appear nude – damn! In 2006, she was named the “Sexiest Woman of the Year” by German FHM Magazine readers.

More recently she joined the likes of Giselle Bundchen, Karolina Kurkova and Heidi Klum as the Cover Girl of the OTTO catalog, and in May 2007 was hired by famous German auto company Mercedes-Benz to be its fashion ambassador.
