Maybe others will see it differently, but I’m giving the nod to the Coke Zero spot as the best of all the Super Bowl commercials.
Styled after the classic Coke ad featuring Mean Joe Green, current Steelers’ safety Troy Polamalu has to deal with the two Coca-Cola weenies who’ve been trying to sue everybody at Coke Zero for three years now.
Overall, I thought the commercials sucked this year. Among the 67 ad slots NBC sold for a record $206 million, there were only two or three that actually captured my attention.
