Denise Milani Likes To Work Out, Cook

Some of you may think the lovely Denise Milani doesn’t have to do much to maintain her figure. Contrary to what some may think, Milani has to work very hard to keep herself in great shape.
Milani was recently at the gym and shared her workout regimen with me. As you will see in the images below, she uses a medicine ball to do push ups and strengthen her legs – very nice.
After a hard day’s work at the gym, Milani loves to cook. I have it on good authority she likes to cook huge chicken breasts, as if that really comes as a shock.
Milani might get a cooking show now that we’ve had a chance to see her in the kitchen. Regardless, she’ll have no problem whipping something up that’s sure to please.
