An advertisement for Burger King’s latest sandwich leaves little to the imagination and should be discontinued due to “distasteful” and unappetizing references to oral sex, advertising experts say.
The print ad for the “BK Super Seven Incher” – a limited time promotion in Singapore, a society known around the world for its strict government controls of social conduct – shows the “mind-blowing” sandwich near the open mouth of a wide-eyed, red-lipsticked woman accompanied by the suggestive tagline: “It’ll blow your mind away.”
“Fill your desire for something long, juicy and flame-grilled,” the ad continues.
I personally don’t see what the problem is. What’s wrong with a woman wanting to eat something?
The ad depicts a woman who is obviously anxious to woof down a seven-incher, I mean a seven-inch sub. Why would anyone deny this poor woman what she desires?
I say if a woman wants to wrap her ruby red lips around a seven-incher, I mean a seven-inch sub, then by all means she should fulfil one of the two primary reasons females are on the planet.
Here’s to Burger King, Home of the Whopper, or in this case, a seven-incher. I’ll be stopping by my local BK to get blown later today.
