Liv Tyler, daughter of Aerosmith’s lead singer Steven Tyler and former Playboy Playmate Bebe Buell, celebrated her 33rd birthday on July 1.
Tyler began a career in modeling at the age of 14, but after less than a year she decided to focus on acting. She made her film debut in the 1994 film Silent Fall. Since then she has appeared in supporting roles in That Thing You Do!, One Night at McCool’s and Armageddon.
Tyler achieved critical recognition in the leading role Stealing Beauty. She followed this by starring in supporting roles including Inventing the Abbotts and Cookie’s Fortune.
Tyler achieved international recognition as a result of her portrayal of elf princess Arwen Undomiel in the The Lord of the Rings films.
At birth, Buell claimed that Todd Rundgren was Tyler’s biological father. However, Tyler discovered her true parentage at age nine when she met Steven Tyler and noticed a resemblance she shared with his other daughter, Mia.
Liv certainly got her father’s trademark lips, and they look a lot better on her. In fact, as you note in the images below, everything looks good on her.
