Twilight star Ashley Greene is threatening to sue anyone posting nude photos of her after three self-portrait images began appearing on websites.
Greene was in attendance at Sunday’s Teen Choice Awards when the nude photos first appeared on Monday morning – and she’s furious.
In a bid to stop the nude photos, which features one full frontal photo supposedly showing Greene’s “special purpose,” Greene’s attorney is warning websites not to post the pictures.
A statement from her legal representative reads, “The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action.” Everyone begin cowering now.
The unnamed attorney says, “Ms. Greene is the owner of the copyrights in these photos, and, as copyright owner, Ms. Greene owns the exclusive rights, among others, to reproduce, distribute, and to display the photos.”
Sounds like Greene’s attorney contradicted himself when he said “appears to be our client” in one sentence and “Ms. Greene is the owner of the copyrights” in another. If he isn’t sure that’s his client, how can he claim she owns the copyrights?
Anyway, I came across the photos in question. Frankly I don’t know if it’s Greene or not because I didn’t know who she was until a few hours ago.
