Police in Louisiana arrested a cyclist after he was spotted zooming down a road with a Gator strapped to his back.
The man was spotted with the three-foot long Gator and and that’s when he was stopped by police.
The man then allegedly ran leaving everything, including the Gator, behind.
He was charged with three offenses including resisting arrest and cruelty to animals by abandonment.
University of Florida officials verified quarterback Tim Tebow was not the Gator strapped to the man’s back.
The Gator was released into a nearby marsh. Police are still not sure what the man was doing with the Gator and how he got it.
