Hugh Hefner’s ex wife Kimberly Conrad is suing the founder of Playboy magazine after he reportedly went back on their pre-nuptial agreement.
The former Playboy Playmate married Hefner in 1989 and they have two sons, Marston and Cooper.
The pair split in 1998 but never divorced, with the relationship staying amicable and Conrad residing near Hefner’s Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills.
However, Hefner has reportedly gone against their amended pre-nuptial deal by trying to sell Conrad’s home, and giving her nine months to move out.
According to TMZ.com, Conrad filed a suit against Hefner at the Los Angeles Superior Court after he decided he would not honor their initial agreement anymore – and also claims he owes her more than $5 million.
Conrad was chosen as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in January 1988 and became Playmate of the Year 1989.
