U.S. Representative Joe Barton (R-TX), the man who referred to the Bowl Championship Series as “communism,” is also against pending legislation that would overhaul the nation’s healthcare system.
Barton appeared on Fox News to discuss his views regarding the healthcare issue and at one point used a football analogy, saying the Democrats who drafted the bill had “fumbled.”
Not that Barton’s views come as any great shock, with so many in the nation voicing their opposition to a government-run healthcare system.
At least Barton is engaged in a matter that is truly important to the country instead of wasting taxpayer dollars on attacking the BCS.
