Toy bosses have stunned concerned parents by introducing a pole-dancing doll, which swings around a pole while music plays.
The doll is dressed in a shiny green dress and comes with a pole, lights and disco ball while standing on a small pink stage that says, “Pole Dancer.”
When a switch is flipped, the doll moves up and down and round and round the pole. Although the doll doesn’t gyrate quite as well as the real thing, it still does a fine job simulating actual strippers’ movements.
While many parents are outraged, supporters of the doll say pole dancing is becoming much more main stream with many exercise classes teaching it.
Some say the toy may just be another Internet hoax but the web site that first posted pictures of the toy say it is likely authentic.
Two questions begged to be asked: Who did the research for this toy and which stripper did they use to emulate the doll’s movements?
