Entertainment website TMZ.com is reporting that porn star Jenna Jameson is accused of stiffing her former attorneys who represented her during divorce proceedings in 2006.
In a civil lawsuit filed on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the law firm of Hersh, Mannis, and Bogen L.L.P. claims Jameson never paid attorney fees totaling $72,312.36.
According to court documents, the attorneys claim they were hired to represent Jameson in her divorce from Jay Grdina, whom she married in 2003.
In 2000, Grdina and Jameson founded Club Jenna Inc., first as an Internet pornography company which later grew into a multimedia adult entertainment business bringing in an estimated $30 million per year.
The attorneys claim that they obeyed Jameson’s every command only to be left high and dry when they demanded a check.
