Hugh Hefner’s Halloween Party To Benefit Wounded Soldiers

Halloween night at the Playboy mansion will be more than ghosts, goblins and scantily-clad costumed women this year, with proceeds from the event benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project.

Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner wanted the annual October 31 party to have more meaning by helping those who served this nation.

But while the 31st of October itself isn’t an official Hugh Hefner party, for this year its going to be even more special as the men’s magazine mogul is handing it over to help those who’ve served their country.

General admission tickets to the Playboy Halloween party start at $1,000 and increase to $15,000 for VIP’s.

Proceeds will help severely wounded veterans that have recently served in Afghanistan and Iraq,” said Executive Director of the Halloween 09 bash Jose Dominguez.

“Halloween is the most sought-after night at the Mansion so it was a good opportunity to support our veterans and enjoy a great party at the same time.”

According to reports, more than 40 wounded veterans will attend the Playboy Halloween bash.
