My Tribute To Green Week

I noticed NBC highlighted the start of their annual “Green Week” last night during their Sunday Night Football telecast to promote environmental awareness.
In recognition of this week-long event, I’ve decided to cook something on my charcoal grill every night this week.
I bought a 20-pound bag of Kingsford, America’s best charcoal, and will put those flaming coals to good use as I grill rib eyes, T-bones, pork chops and anything else I can think of.
By cooking something on a charcoal grill, I’ll be making a statement about global warming and its effects.
I’ll also be doing my part to help the economy by buying large quantities of charcoal and expensive cuts of meat.
Won’t you please join me?
