A school that banned unhealthy snacks has suspended a 12-year-old after he was caught selling junk food on the playground.
The student was caught selling a bag of chips at his school in Liverpool, England.
The school has banned food and drinks containing high amounts of fat, which has opened the door for “six to seven regular sellers.”
This was the second time Joel Bradley has been busted and his father thinks his son was targeted since he has been caught selling banned snacks from his van outside the school.
The school isn’t backing down from its policy, saying that if parents don’t like it, they can enroll their child at another school.
