A pig caused concern in Australia when the smells from her flatulence were mistaken for a gas leak.
Two fire engines and 15 firefighters turned out in the dark to look for the reported leak.
The fire chief said, “we got to the property and we could smell a very strong odor in the vicinity. It didn’t take us long to work it out because we could both smell and hear her.”
The chief added that the pig got very excited when it all saw the commotion and continue to pass gas and squeal.
“I haven’t heard too many pigs (pass gas) but I would describe it as very full-on,” the chief says.
The chief said the family who reported the leak did the right thing.
