It’s been a month since we last featured one of my favorite Playboy Playmates, so today we’re highlighting the very busty Patricia Farinelli.
Farinelli is actually a reader suggested Playmate that I’d never considered but after taking a look at her photo layout in Playboy, I’m glad she was brought to my attention.
Farinelli was the Playboy Playmate of the Month for December 1981 and the lovely Italiana has extremely large breasts.
Farinelli had no trouble exposing herself to the masses when she posed for Playboy but she later became a born-again Christian in 1984. She has not turned her back on her Playboy past though, and still attends Glamourcon conventions on occasion.
Prior to her religious conversion, Farinelli was romantically involved with a number of celebrities, including Burt Reynolds, Tony Danza, David Cassidy, and Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss.
