I recall the year 1976 very well. One of the things I remember most is the November issue of Playboy magazine featuring one of my favorite Playboy Playmates, Patti McGuire.
McGuire was born in Missouri and was one of the most physically gifted to have ever graced the pages of Playboy magazine.
She was Playboy Playmate of the Month in November 1976 and would become the 1977 Playmate of the Year.
McGuire would eventually marry tennis star Jimmy Connors and the two remained together today.
She has spent the majority of her professional career working as a production coordinator and producer for televison series and films.
Aside from her incredible good looks, McGuire drew my attention because of her desire to meet Elvis Presley.
For a kid who lived about a mile from Graceland, knowing that a Playboy Playmate wanted to meet the King of Rock n’ Roll was very cool.
