The attorney representing model Denise Milani appeared in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking an injunction to preclude alleged hackers from continuing their unauthorized use of Milani’s Web site.
Upon leaving the hearing on April 20, Milani’s attorney David P. Beitchman said, “Due to the severity of the injunctive relief we have requested, the court has ordered the parties to return on May 28 for a full evidentiary hearing.
The defendants, Matt Vantuch, Periscope Media and Ishka Villacisneros, will have the burden of proving that they have paid Denise per their prior agreement – which they haven’t – but also prove that they were authorized to take over Denise’s trademark, website, and social networking accounts.
We are confident that they will not be able to prove either at the next hearing. All in all, we are pleased with the outcome of this hearing.”
Upon hearing the court’s order, Milani released a statement saying, “I am very happy with the progress we are making and am very confident in David and the attorneys working on my case.
I also want to thank all the fans who have reached out to me by email, through my yahoo (sic) group, or my attorneys; their support means a lot to me.”
Milani’s Web site was removed by the defendants and only a temporary page is shown when the site is accessed.
Milani says she will wait for the outcome of the lawsuit before launching a new Web site.

I worked directly with Matt and Periscope…all the claims coming from Denise and her lawyer strike me as very one sided and inaccurate…I always thought Matt was honest…
can’t believe Denise Trlica is the real phony!!! She was never really in contact with her fans and her emails and diary entries were written by another person. So, people who hate Periscope..think twice! You were really talking to them and not denise. Well, it’s obvious because Denise can’t even write in English!!! Denise is really 36 years old with a kid named JACOBI. She had several affairs with some of her business associates thats why her husband Jerry is a control freak!

Those are not the facts, those papers are nothing more than a cross complaint. I’m going to attempt getting the documents of the actual decision from the court.
As I’ve told Matt the judge ruled against Periscope so apparently all of the claims you’re making are false or simply weren’t strong enough to sway the judge.
You are missing the point regarding Denise. Everything you claim may very well be true, but the fact is – and I’m only going to say this one more time – the COURT RULED AGAINST PERISCOPE.
Those are the only facts I need to know.
