David P. Beitchman, attorney for Denise Milani, issued a press release via the law firm’s blog regarding the findings of the Los Angeles Superior Court in the case involving Milani and defendants Matt Vantuch, Periscope Media and Ishka Villacisneros.
Beitchman was in court on May 28 to argue that an injunction precluding defendants Matt Vantuch, Periscope Media, and Ishka Villacisneros from continuing their unauthorized use of Milani’s website, name and images should be granted.
The court, upon hearing the oral arguments presented was convinced and granted the motion in favor of Denise Milani.

Don’t know where you get your information. Looks like Denise’s lawyer is sending them all over to promote himself.
All information out there about this case is very misleading.
However, we also all know, that speculation and rumors are part of being in this business.
Are you saying the court did not rule in her favor? If I called the Superior Court in Los Angeles and asked them to tell me who prevailed in the case, would they tell me someone other than Denise?
I doubt it.
I’m confident the information I posted was based upon an actual court ruling and not upon rumors that you allude to.
Why don’t you call them there. You would be very surprised to see what is actually going on. I’m not trying to start an argument here, I’m just saying, that whoever is giving you an information about this case, is only promoting himself.

I don’t care who’s promoting themselves. I want to know if you – a named defendant – deny that you illegally took control of Denise Milani’s Web site.
That’s what the court ruled.
I have to assume the argument made by Milani’s attorney was strong enough and supported a legal position if the court ruled in Milani’s favor.

I worked directly with Matt…what Denise and her lawyer are saying isn’t that Matt I know…and I understand that the injunction was just a temporary step and nothing else is moving forward…Denise does not have a real case in terms of the larger issues from what I understand…so now nobody is using the content, and her days as an internet model are over for what seems to be no good reason…time will tell
If you honestly think Denise Milani’s days as one of the most popular Internet models are over, you would be terribly wrong.
I’ve given Matt an opportunity to tell his side of the story but he’s declined until all the legal action in this matter comes to a conclusion. If the case is going nowhere or if Milani doesn’t have a case as you suggest, then Matt should have no problems answering questions now.
I doubt I’ll hear anything from him though because there is clearly a lot more going on in this case than what you’d have us believe.

I’m willing to give you a chance but you’ve done nothing to convince me. If you’re position is what you say it is, then why did the judge rule against you?

I told you I was prepared to read through all the cross complaints and I will. I’m going to contact Denise’s attorney and give them a chance to respond. I’m also going to contact the court in question and seek comment from them.
Once I’ve done that I’ll post my findings.

Hello Moondog, I read all the legal documents since last night and sad to hear the truth that Denise Trlica filed this whole complaint. In a nutshell Denise is just the face, the heart and soul and personality is Periscope Media.
Same here, I did several shoots with him long time ago and Matt was really a nice person. He always makes sure youre comfortable and youre okay. The accusations are very far from the Matt we all know.
If the only thing that has been won is an injunction there’s still plenty to play for here. I agree this Matt guy shouldn’t be talking about the details of the case if it’s ongoing.

I just think it’s in Matt’s best interests not to say anything more than what’s been said in court. Lawyers will look for anything you’ve said anywhere to anybody to use against you, so with the verbal contortions that can go in court you generally have more to lose than gain by risking giving them material.
If he wants to fight the publicity battle then to be honest I think he done the right thing by just putting out without much further comment the court documents on the periscopecash site. Fair enough, the odd press release is ok, but talking about it in an open-ended way I think is a no-no.
As someone who knows Denise and this situation – ALL of this is insanity. This really is a domino game and she pushed all of them on top of Periscope which wasn’t right.
Denise is married. Denise has a child with her husband. Denise started modeling, her husband than wanted in and a say on the money she was making. Denise was unhappy in her marriage and started cheating on her husband. He knew about it, so he became a control freak, making her personal and work life miserable but she stays with him for whatever reason. Denise also participate in nothing more with the site than providing her face and fake breasts for photo-shoots. And unfortunately Denise is not the happy face you see in her photos, she is lost. She has lost total faith in who to believe or who to trust because she couldn’t even trust her own husband to help her make good, safe decisions. She’ll never know or understand real love because of it. She’s going to be 36 this year, the best thing she can do for herself is to take time and find out what really makes her happy. But she’ll never be able to do that while she’s in a relationship with a man that brain washes her by convincing her that he’s just trying to help her when he a single handily destroyed her.
The rumors and the insults have reach a point in which is unforgivable. Because of Denise’s decision to follow her husband and her boyfriends bad advice, she will lose everything she put behind her face and breasts but Periscope wont gain it either. No one will win, ever. This mess is a shame, Denise really is something special.
These are some interesting revelations. I’ve spent the past few weeks going through all the legal documents of this case. I’ll be surprised to see this go beyond a settlement conference scheduled for next year, but then again it may go to trail.
Based on everything you’ve written, I’d have to say there are two losers in this is matter: Denise and her fans.
I agree that no one will really win from a legal standpoint, regardless of which party prevails.
