Landon Donovan is Not Your Daddy

U.S. soccer star Landon Donovan has told of his relief after finding out he has not fathered a love child with a British woman while he played for Everton of the EPL.

Donovan became the latest athlete caught up in a paternity scandal after a woman alleged in June that he fathered her baby during the time he was on load to Liverpool club Everton for a few months last winter.

Donovan admitted it was a “possibility” he was the child’s dad and insisted he would provide “appropriate support” if paternity was proved.

But the soccer player has now announced the child is not is, saying, “I know now that I will not be a dad any time soon, which is good news for me.”

Donovan is currently estranged from his wife, actress Bianca Kajlich.
