Destiny McMullen, a 24-year-old California woman, was jailed after she allegedly assaulted a police officer with a Taco Bell Burrito Supreme.
According to the Sonora police report, a Wal-Mart employee called the cops on July 24 to report that a customer inside the store’s Taco Bell restaurant was acting strangely and harassing customers.
Investigators say an officer was dispatched to the Taco Bell restaurant and arrived to find McMullen still inside.
When the officer questioned McMullen about her behavior, she reportedly became upset and threw her Burrito Supreme at the officer, striking him in the chest.
She then reportedly tried to spit on the officer and a brief physical confrontation ensued.
McMullen was arrested and booked into the Tuolumne County Jail on misdemeanor charges of assault on a peace officer and obstructing a police officer.
