Former Vivid Girl and current Digital Playground contract porn star Kayden Kross celebrates her 25th birthday today.
Kross was born in Sacramento, California and began stripping when she was 18. She was “discovered” at the strip club by an agent and started modeling in adult magazines.
Kross was a senior at California State University when she signed a contract with Vivid Entertainment in 2006. Unhappy with Vivid, she signed an exclusive contract with Adam & Eve in 2007.
Kross has crossed over into mainstream television with several appearances on The Block, a reality snowboarding show that aired on G4TV. She also appeared on the Gene Simmons’ reality show, Family Jewels.
She was named Penthouse Pet of the Month for September 2008 to coincide with the launch of her personal Web site ClubKayden.com. In addition to posting blogs for the site’s members, she also writes opinion columns for MikeSouth.com, an adult industry gossip blog.
On January 1, 2010 she signed an exclusive multi-year contract with Digital Playground. Kross hosted the 2010 AVN Awards show, along with porn actress Kirsten Price and comedian Dave Attell.
