An Illinois man claiming to be a Ninja warrior was arrested in Arkansas after police say he broke into a neighbor’s home to steal beer.
According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Department, Wayne Alan Rogers had been staying with a friend, but broke into a neighbor’s home on Saturday and stole beer.
Police say he then bragged about being a Ninja and being able to get in and out of the residence without being seen.
When police arrived on scene Rogers was intoxicated and refused to cooperate and provided false information to deputies.
After further investigation, police determined Rogers was from Joliet, Illinois and had been staying at the friend’s home in Mountain Home for about three weeks.
Rogers is being charged with residential burglary, theft of property and obstructing governmental operations. His bond was set at $25,220, which he later posted and was released from jail. He’s due back in court on October 7.
