Shantell Ishem, a Bartlesville, Oklahoma woman who was arrested for a variety of offenses, offered to give the arresting cop a blow job to avoid going to jail.
Ishem was accused of stealing a donut from a car, then proceeded to pull down her pants and urinated in the parking lot.
When police officers told Ishem why she was being arrested, she said that she was “sitting on (her) money maker,” and allegedly began propositioning Officer R.S. Detherow.
She offered to perform a sex act for $80, and “became explicit and said that she would ‘speak into the microphone’ and other such metaphors for fellatio.”
Suffice it to say, officer Detherow declined her offer. Ishem was taken into custody and is being held at the Washington County jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond.
