There’s a minor caveat in a paparazzo’s claim that Tila Tequila kidnapped his girlfriend Shyla Jennings — Jennings says none of it ever happened.

Garry Sun, a paparazzi photographer, claimed that Tequila and four armed men kidnapped Jennings on October 19 and then threatened to kill him.

But on Wednesday, Jennings’ representative told TMZ that “Shyla was not kidnapped. She has no idea who Garry Sun [the photographer] is. This whole thing is fully fabricated.”
