During a live broadcast as part of World Series coverage near AT&T Park in San Francisco, Newy Scruggs of Dallas TV station KXAS said some people off camera were “smokin’ weed over there!”
Scruggs said he smelled something and quickly recognized it wasn’t from a cigarette, although he didn’t elaborate on how he deduced without hesitation that the odor was marijuana.
Anyway it’s a humorous video, especially when Scruggs sniffs a couple of times as if he’d like to get done with the report and join the circle.
