Vivid Entertainment has acquired a sex tape featuring Brittney Jones, the woman who allegedly had a one night stand with actor Ashton Kutcher.

It’s been widely reported that Jones and Kutcher had sex on a living room sofa in the actor’s Beverly Hills home after he met her at the Lucky Strike bowling alley in Hollywood.
Kutcher has been married to actress Demi Moore for more than five years and they are among the highest profile couples in Hollywood.
Vivid obtained the sex tape that shows Jones engaging in very explicit sex with a former boyfriend.
“We’ve acquired the tape and confirmed its authenticity. Brittney is obviously a beautiful young girl who could clearly seduce any man,” said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid.
“We’ve consulted with our attorneys and feel comfortable that we will be able to distribute the tape.”
The sex tape, Brittney Jones Confidential, will be released on December 14 and can be purchased online at Vivid.com or at stores across the country.
However, the release of the tape may be delayed due to pending legal action taken by Kutcher.
Kutcher is threatening to sue Vivid over the use of his name in the press release promoting the Jones sex tape.
In the press release to push the tape, there is a line that states, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”
Kutcher is said to be “furious” at the company for using his name to push the tape.
The actor’s lawyer sent off a letter to Hirsch threatening legal action if his name is not removed from the tape’s press release.
Kutcher’s attorneys said that the connection between the Jones sex tape and him is infringing on the actor’s “marketable celebrity identity value.”
The letter also states that the line in the press release “is trading on Mr. Kutcher’s good name and reputation for commercial purpose, and attempting to misappropriate and convert the potential economical value in Mr. Kutcher’s identity to your [Vivid Entertainment] own advantage.”
According to the letter, Kutcher is “entitled to recover damages and profits” since the company’s “Conduct has already caused and will continue to cause, substantial damages.”
Upon receipt of the letter, Hirsch said, “We received a letter and I immediately forwarded it to my attorney. We will respond accordingly.”
