Nadya Suleman Turns Down Vivid, Faces December 31 Eviction

Nadya Suleman, the woman who’s more commonly known as Octomom, has to meet a $450,000 mortgage payment by December 31 or face eviction.

Amer Haddadin, Suleman’s landlord, says he’s been understanding when she fell behind in making her monthly payments. In October, Haddadin accepted $6,500 from Suleman and extended the $450,000 balloon payment until December 31.

Haddadin served Suleman’s lawyer with a letter demanding she pay the full $450,000 balance plus interest by December 31 or face eviction from her La Habra, CA home.

Meanwhile, Vivid Entertainment has made yet another job offer to Suleman in an effort to keep a roof over her head.

She’s rejected two proposals from Vivid that would have paid her handsomely for performing in a porn flick.

Vivid originally offered her $1 million in February 2009 to appear in a movie but she declined. Vivid then offered her $500,000 to meet her balloon mortgage payment to appear in one scene, for one hour in one movie, and she declined that offer as well.

Vivid then offered Suleman a production assistant’s position and she refused that job too.

Steven Hirsch, founder of Vivid, offered Suleman a job serving as a hostess at parties for the studio in Las Vegas in January. On Wednesday her attorney said she declined Vivid’s offer.

Hirsch said, “I don’t understand her immediate refusal. This is an opportunity for Nadya to take advantage of her well-known name, without doing anything behind or in front of the camera.”

Hirsch seemed baffled that Suleman would reject an offer that would require little effort from her while providing the needed financial boost that would keep her from being evicted.
