Charlie Sheen will not be charged for any crime following his cocaine induced rage while partying with porn star Capri Anderson at the Plaza Hotel in October.
The New York City Police Department found no evidence to suggest Sheen had committed any crimes despite Anderson’s claims to the contrary.
Police reports indicate that officers responding to the scene asked Anderson how she was and the porn star said she was “fine.”
However, Anderson later claimed during an interview on Good Morning America that Sheen had held her against her will after he smoked cocaine and began screaming.
Shortly after the incident, Anderson – whose real name is Christina Walsh – filed charges against him which led to Sheen filing a counter suit for extortion.
Last week Sheen’s attorney said he was getting close to finding out what happened to the actor’s $165,000 watch that came up missing after the incident.
Sheen’s attorney believes Anderson stole the watch and is hiding it, according to sources close to the porn star.
