Mikaela James is the Playboy Cyber Girl of the Week, a beautiful Lithuanian-born nursing assistant who will make you want to find the hospital she works in.
James says she enjoys her time away from nursing by shopping, traveling and going to the gym. From the looks of things, she keeps herself in excellent shape.
In addition to working as a nursing assistant, James also tends bar part-time. She says that, “I’ve been told that as intimidating as I may appear, I’m very friendly, approachable, sexy and a lot of fun!”
