Actress Jaime Pressly has filed for divorce to end her 15-month marriage to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, whom she wed in 2009 after briefly dating him.
In the legal documents, Pressly cites irreconcilable differences for the break-up, and claims the union ended on December 27, days before she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
It’s been a tough few weeks for Pressly – in addition to her arrest earlier this month, she is also dealing with the Internal Revenue Service over allegations she owes a total of $637,149 in unpaid taxes.
Perhaps it’s best we focused on the happier times in Pressly’s life, or better still, the times she made me happy.
Those times include her role on My Name is Earl and when she posed for a variety of magazines, most notably Maxim and Playboy.
