No Cheerleaders At The Super Bowl?!

For the first time in Super Bowl history, neither the Pittsburgh Steelers or the Green Bay Packers will have cheerleaders in attendance at the game.

The Steelers and Packers are two of six NFL teams that don’t have cheerleaders. Green Bay had cheerleaders until 1988 and the Steelers did away with theirs in 1970.

Frankly, I think this is an outrage. Here we have the greatest spectacle in American sports, with nearly 100 million people watching the game and neither team will have a bunch of chicks with saline enhanced boobs wearing short skirts strutting their stuff for our visual enjoyment.

I think the NFL should make it mandatory that both teams participating in the Super Bowl must have cheerleaders, and those cheerleaders must have huge racks.

Moreover, these cheerleaders must agree to provide fans with at least one moment where we get a glimpse of the promised land, if you know what I mean.

Peter King should investigate this matter and conduct an interrogation of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to find out why in the hell there won’t be cheerleaders at the Super Bowl.

If anybody can get to the bottom of this, it’s Peter King. I can hear him now…

“I just got off the phone with commissioner Goodell and he said the reason cheerleaders won’t be at this year’s Super Bowl is because of the limited number of chicks in Green Bay and Pittsburgh with huge fake boobs.”

We all know that would be a lie. I’m willing to bet I can find at least 20 attractive women in Green Bay and Pittsburgh with magnificent racks.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still going to watch the game. But I won’t be anywhere near as happy knowing that Fox Sports isn’t going to beam pictures of a beautiful chick with spectacular fake boobs into my den.

Those damn commercials better be really good this year.
