After receiving a reported $110 million settlement from her ex-husband Tiger Woods, Elin Nordegren is spending $12.2 million on a new home.
Nordegren plunked down the big bucks on a North Palm Beach, Florida mansion located on a private beach road within a gated community.
The 9,000 square foot home has six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms – which is just enough space for Nordegren and her two children to squeeze in to.
Nordegren kept her word when she purchased the house, promising to relocate near Woods’ Jupiter Island home located 10 miles away.
