LeBron Takes Swipe At Cavs Following Heat’s Win Over Celtics

Following Miami’s 97-87 series clinching win over the Boston Celtics, Heat forward LeBron James took a swipe at the Cavaliers organization in the post game press conference.

Without mentioning his former team, James said that his decision to leave Cleveland this past summer was about surrounding himself with players who had the talent and mental toughness to beat the Celtics.

James intimated that his past playoff failures were mostly because of his former teammates in Cleveland, saying that he wanted to be on a team that loved the game and wanted to win as much as he dd.

One of his former teammates in Cleveland, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, is currently one of James’ teammates in Miami.

It makes you wonder why he would want to be on a team that had any former Cavaliers’ players on the roster considering how, according to James, they lacked talent and mental toughness.

We’ve come to expect this sort of self-absorbed commentary from King James, who’s quick to point out the failures of others but unwilling to be held accountable for his own shortcomings.
