Lindsay Lohan will be a resident of the state of California prison system again after her attorney withdrew an appeal following her parole violation sentence.
Lohan must surrender to authorities on or before June 17 to begin her latest stint behind bars.
In April, Lohan was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation after she was accused of stealing a necklace from a California jewelery store in January.
Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled her arrest over the incident broke the terms of her parole. During that hearing, Lohan pleaded not guilty to the theft allegations and a trial date was set for June 3.
Lohan has already begun her community service community at the Downtown Women’s Center, showing up for work without a bra and exposing her boobs.
In a prepared statement, Lohan says the media shouldn’t focus on her but rather shine the spotlight on domestic issues.
