Schwarzenegger Could Be Expelled From National Fitness Hall of Fame

Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger could be expelled from the National Fitness Hall of Fame as a result of his extramarital affairs.

Schwarzenegger was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2005 for his contribution to bodybuilding, and earlier this year he received the “Fitness Spokesperson of the Century” award.

But now the Fitness Hall of Fame is surveying members to see whether Schwarzenegger should be stripped of his honors.

A National Hall of Fame spokesperson stated, “We here at The National Fitness Hall of Fame have received an overwhelming amount of feedback, from the public, expressing many emotions from disapproval and disgust to abhorrence and hatred. Cries to remove Arnold from The National Fitness Hall of Fame are many and far reaching.”

Joe Pietaro, founding editor of MuscleSport Magazine, declared, “The fitness/bodybuilding world absolutely still has his back. What happened to Arnold and Maria is their business and no one should pass judgment.”

What a pathetic bunch of hypocrites the National Fitness Hall of Fame must be to even consider removing Schwarzenegger. Without him, bodybuilding and fitness would have never achieved the recognition they did.

Are we to believe that Schwarzenegger is the only member of the Hall that has ever committed a transgression?

This is clearly an effort to single out the one man who made the National Fitness Hall of Fame possible, and it’s a feeble attempt to justify a separate act that has nothing to do with his accomplishments in the world of fitness.
