Kimberly Holmes, a Memphis, TN woman, was arrested on May 24 after stabbing her boyfriend for the second time in the past week.
According to a police affidavit, Holmes was arrested after the second stabbing incident on May 24.
On May 18, Holmes was fighting with her boyfriend, trying to push him out an apartment door when she stabbed him in the arm with a kitchen knife. The boyfriend was taken to the hospital where he received stitches for the wound.
On May 24, Holmes and her boyfriend were fighting again when Holmes went to the kitchen, got a knife and stabbed him in the abdomen. The boyfriend was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
During the second altercation, Holmes also threw the boyfriend’s puppy off the apartment’s second floor balcony, possibly breaking the dog’s right leg.
