Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa will be allowed to sell the sex tape that he and Lopez made during their one-year marriage in 1997.
Lopez was granted a temporary restraining order against Noa in 2009 which prevented him from releasing or selling the sex tape.
However, Noa’s lawyer found loopholes in the case thanks to Noa’s current girlfriend, Claudia Vasquez, which resulted in the order being lifted.
Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state that Noa sold the footage to Vasquez so she could release it on his behalf.
The court’s official ruling reads: “Vasquez argues she has and is suffering harm in that she has had difficulty in obtaining work as a result of Lopez’s attempts at enforcing the Injunction against her.”
It won’t come as a surprise if Lopez seeks to block the court’s ruling, but by the time she can bring the argument before a judge Vasquez could easily sell the tape.
