In a story that can only be found in tabloid heaven, West Virginia resident Mark Thompson was arrested after he sexually assaulted a pygmy goat.
Believe it or not, it gets a lot more weird.
According to police, Thompson kidnapped, sexually assaulted and then killed the pygmy goat while wearing women’s undergarments.
The goat’s owner, Lisa Powers, called police after a neighbor called her nephew to inform them that the goat was wandering around inside Thompson’s home.
Powers, her nephew and two friends went to Thompson’s home to locate the goat. When they were unable to find it, they knocked on Thompson’s bedroom door.
“He told them, ‘Don’t come in, I’m naked,’” Powers said. “But they opened the door and he was standing there with his pants down … and there was blood everywhere.”
Why is it that every time I hear something like this, I immediately think of the state of West Virginia?
