Man Arrested For Having Sex With Unconscious Woman

Police in Kansas City have charged Melvin L. Jackson with felony sexual assault after he had intercourse with an unconscious woman.

According to the victim, the assault took place after she was walking in her neighborhood and began to feel dizzy. The victim saw a shade tree and decided to sit down, then at some point lost consciousness.

She was awakened when a witness yelled, “Help her! Get up off of her!” when they saw Jackson having sexual intercourse with the victim.

The victim wasn’t aware that an assault had taken place, but she noticed her panties had been removed.

When police arrived, Jackson tried to deny the assault, saying, “Did that lady say I did something to her?” Following his arrest, Jackson invoked his right to remain silent.

Damn Melvin, couldn’t you at least have the courtesy to attempt a pass at the woman while she was awake and lucid?

At worst, the woman would have laughed at you, and based on the mug shot I wouldn’t blame any woman for turning Melvin down.

Now Melvin is in jail and he’s going to be there for a while. Having sex with unconscious woman deserves a few years behind bars, if for no other reason than being a dumb ass.
