Inmate Kyle Richards has filed suit against the state of Michigan and Governor Rick Snyder because the prison he’s housed in forbids pornographic materials.
Richards filed a five-page handwritten lawsuit on June 10 in U.S. District Court in Detroit, claiming he’s being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment because he’s not allowed to view porn.
In addition to the pornographic materials, Richards says all the inmates at the Macomb County jail should be allowed to possess televisions, video game consoles and radios.
And that’s not all. Richards says that taxpayers should fund those inmates who lack the financial means to purchase porn or TV’s.
If you think Richards’ lawsuit is absurd, read on because now we’re going to discover the real reasons behind his legal action.
In his legal filing, Richards says he suffers from chronic masturbation syndrome and severe sexual discomfort, which is why he needs the porn.
And chronic masturbation isn’t his only ailment. It seems Richards is a pedophile too.
So what Richards wants is for the taxpayers in Michigan to pay for porn to support his chronic masturbation problem brought on by pedophilia.
You’d think Richards was in jail because he committed a sex crime, but he’s been behind bars since January after he robbed a bank. At least he’s a well-rounded criminal.
Richards has been held in the Macomb County jail on a $500,000 bond and has plead guilty to the bank robbery.
He’s scheduled to be sentenced on August 2, the day the world’s financial markets could become chaotic if the United States doesn’t raise its debt ceiling.
