I don’t know if this qualifies as the best mug shot ever, because it could also be the worst, ugliest, freakiest most bizarre mug shot of all time.
The dude in question is Cory P. Smits, a 29-year-old person residing in Wisconsin whom we’ll assume is a carbon based unit.
Smits was found guilty of his fifth DUI in July and is also guilty of being the weirdest MF I’ve ever seen.
The mug shot of Smits isn’t photo shopped but I kind of wish it was.
I’m thinking this qualifies as the king of all mug shots and I challenge you to prove otherwise.
