A judge has ruled that a French man named Jean-Louis B must pay his ex-wife $13,424 for not having enough sex with her while they were married.
According to French law, Article 215 of France’s civil code states that married couples must agree to a “shared communal life,” meaning that in this case Jean-Louis B didn’t bone his old lady enough.
The judge ruled that the law implies that “sexual relations must form part of a marriage,” and since the ex-wife claims that Jean-Louis B didn’t give her the high hard one at least a few times every week, he now must pay up.
The ex-wife filed for divorce two years ago citing the lack of sex between her and Jean-Louis B.
The judge agreed that Jean-Louis B was solely responsible for the divorce due to his apparent unwillingness to stick it to her occasionally.
But the ex-wife wasn’t satisfied (literally) with the divorce decree and decided all those years of not getting any dick was worth something.
She took Jean-Louis B back to court demanding compensation for “lack of sex over 21 years of marriage.”
Jean-Louis B claimed “tiredness and health problems” and said that his ex-wife’s snatch smelled like a Scandinavian fish market as the reasons that prevented him from having sex with her.
But the judge in this case didn’t agree and ruled in favor of the ex-wife.
Now Jean-Louis B must fork over some cash for all those years of not sticking his fork into the ex-wife’s pie.
