Phillip Winikoff, an 81-year-old Florida man, has agreed to a plea bargain with prosecutors after he was arrested for posing as a doctor offering free breast exams.
In 2006, Winikoff was accused of going to door to door at an apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida where he would carry a little black bag to convince women he was a doctor.
According to police, Winikoff tricked two women into believing he was actually a doctor but both women quickly discovered something was right when he began to administer the breast exam.
The first woman told police that she knew something was wrong when Winikoff began fondling her breasts and then attempted to touch her inappropriately on other parts of her body.
The woman threw Winikoff out of her apartment and immediately called police, but before they could arrive on the scene a second woman had allowed him into her apartment.
Winikoff was charged with three counts of sexual battery, two counts of practicing medicine without a license, two counts of simple battery, and one count of using the title of doctor without a license.
Had Winikoff allowed his case to go to trail, he could have been sentenced to more than 45 years in prison for the sexual battery charges and another 10 years for practicing medicine without a license.
One can’t help but wonder if Winikoff ever considered going to a strip club. If he wanted to fondle a woman’s breasts, he could have done so at a strip joint for a nominal fee and avoided going to jail.
Is this for real? what is this world coming to. This guy is obviously sick but the women should have been a little more careful allowing a random man into their homes.
