An explicit video of a skydiving couple having sex posted on the blog of porn star Alex Torres has sparked an investigation by the FAA.
Torres, who goes by the name Voodoo, videotaped himself having sex with Skydive Taft receptionist and fellow porn actress Hope Howell.
Before jumping out of the plane, the video shows Torres, an instructor at Skydive Taft, and Howell having sex in the jump seat next to the pilot.
It was that sex act that has led to a police investigation and possible charges for violating federal aviation guidelines.
The video wouldn’t have generated much interest had it not been for students at a nearby high school sharing it online.
As of now, no charges have been filed against Torres or Howell since both are consenting individuals whom are of age.
In fact, public nudity charges weren’t filed since there were no witnesses of the couple having sex in the air.
A spokesperson for the FAA said the agency “has no policy on sexual conduct in private planes, but any activity that could jostle a pilot or hamper his ability to concentrate, could be a violation of federal aviation guidelines.”
Torres has been fired from Skydive Taft while Howell’s employment at the instructional school is unknown.
