According to TMZ, actress Lindsay Lohan will concede she violated the terms of her probation by getting kicked out of her community service program.
Lohan will appear in court on Wednesday, where Judge Stephanie Sautner plans to hold a hearing on whether the actress violated her probation.
But the hearing may be unnecessary because Lohan isn’t going to contest the charge.
Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, plans to show Judge Sautner that the actress is really, really, really ready to get her act together.
Of course, Chapman doesn’t mention the two dozen or so court appearances where she claimed the same thing.
Chapman says that Lohan will arrive in court on Wednesday with proof that she’s completed 24 hours of community service at the Los Angeles County morgue, more than the 16 hours Judge Sautner required.
Chapman’s strategy comes with risks though. Lohan could be sentenced to more than a year in jail if Judge Sautner sees fit.
When Judge Sautner revoked Lohan’s probation on October 19, she made it clear at the time of sentencing that if Lohan violated probation she would go to jail.
If Lohan gets thrown in the slammer, she will be in jeopardy of collecting $1 million of Hugh Hefner’s money for a photo layout in Playboy magazine.
