Video: Blackhawks Patrick Kane Owns Wild Goalie Niklas Backstrom

If you didn’t watch the Blackhawks-Wild game on Wednesday, you missed one of the best game-winning goals you’ll ever see.

After playing to a 3-3 tie through the overtime period, the winner between Chicago and Minnesota would have to be decided by a shootout.

Leading the shootout 1-0, the Blackhawks’ Patrick Kane was second in Chicago’s rotation and could win the game with a goal. And score he did, in spectacular fashion no less.

In the process, Kane absolutely owned Minnesota goalie Niklas Backstrom. I actually felt sorry for the guy as Kane took him to school.

I can’t describe the goal, so watch the video.
